How to join the campaign

1. Purchase Focus Tempered Glass (Check the list below) from online or in-store, at the official Focus Store, or at dealers.
2. Register on the sign-up form on our official Line account @Focusshield with the product's serial number to enter the campaign. 
3. Complete the form.
4. Each participant will be eligible to win only one prize throughout all campaign periods. The awarded prize is non-transferable to monetary value or other items. If a participant receives any reward, they will be disqualified from winning in subsequent rounds.

A breakdown of the prizes for all campaigns is as follows

Grand Prizes worth over 200,000 Baht. (Registration form starts on 1st February - 15th March 2024)

• 2nd prize: Airpod 3, 10 prizes worth 67,900 Baht in total

The winners will be announced on Twitter (X) @FocusFilm and Facebook: Focus ฟิล์มและกระจกกันรอย. Lucky winners can contact the company to collect prizes by DM on Twitter (X) @FocusFilm or inboxing on Facebook: Focus ฟิล์มและกระจกกันรอย before the Identity Verification ends, Please provide a copy of their Identification Card or Passport.

– ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ท่าน สามารถซื้อสินค้าได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนกล่อง โดยจำนวนสิทธิ์จะถูกคำนวณตามสินค้าที่ซื้อ

– 1 รหัสสินค้าสามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทั้ง 2 กิจกรรม

-ผู้โชคดีที่ร่วมลุ้นรางวัล 10 Super Supporters จะต้องไม่ทำการลบโพสต์ที่เขียนแชร์บน Twitter (X) หากทีมงานตรวจสอบแล้วไม่พบหลักฐานจริง ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

– ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ด้วยชื่อที่ตรงกับชื่อผู้ลงทะเบียนในระบบ (ไม่สามารถมอบสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้)

– สินค้าที่สั่งซื้อและชำระเงินในช่วงเวลากิจกรรม จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้

– ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การจัดลำดับที่นั่งตามที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด

– งานกิจกรรม “The Ultimate Protector Mission Live” เป็นงานปิดเฉพาะผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับการยืนยันจากโฟกัสเท่านั้นที่จะมีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน

– ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมต้องรับทราบและยินยอมปฏิบัติตามกติกา เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมฉบับนี้โดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ

– ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 13 ปีและปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงในการใช้งานในแพลตฟอร์มที่ใช้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

– ชาวต่างชาติสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ได้ แต่ต้องยืนยันตัวตนด้วย Passport ที่ตรงกับชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

– ขอสงวนสิทธิ์พิจารณาให้รางวัลกับผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมซึ่งปฏิบัติตามกติกาครบทุกขั้นตอนอย่างถูกต้องเท่านั้น

– บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง กติกา เงื่อนไข และของรางวัล โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

– บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบใด ๆ ต่อการสูญเสีย บาดเจ็บ หรือความรับผิดใด ๆ ที่ เกิดขึ้นจากการร่วมกิจกรรม หรือเกิดขึ้น จากบุคคลใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรม รวมถึง ไม่รับผิดชอบในความขัดข้อง หรือ การหยุดชะงักของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบโทรศัพท์มือถือ

– หากพบว่ามีการทุจริตเกิดขึ้น หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดไม่ว่าในกรณีใด ๆ บริษัทฯจะตัดสิทธิ์การร่วมกิจกรรมโดยอัตโนมัติโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าและจะดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายอย่างถึงที่สุด

– การตกลงเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ถือว่าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ทั้งหมด และรับทราบว่าบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย โอน หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหลายซึ่งท่านได้ให้แก่บริษัทฯ อันได้แก่ ชื่อ นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ที่อยู่ อีเมล ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้งานที่ใช้ร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดกิจกรรมนี้ เพื่อประกาศผลผู้ได้รับรางวัล และเพื่อการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้ โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตหรือจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใดๆ

– การตัดสินและการใช้ดุลพินิจของคณะกรรมการ ถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี ไม่สามารถฟ้องร้องดำเนินคดี หรือเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ กับทางบริษัทฯ ได้

– พนักงาน ตัวแทน และร้านค้าตัวแทน ของบริษัท ดีพลัส ทูเก็ตเตอร์ จำกัด จะไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ได้

– ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่า 1,000 บาท ขึ้นไป จะต้องชำระภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากร ที่ ท.ป. 4/2528 ลงวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2528 ประกอบคำสั่งกรมสรรพากร ท.ป. 104/2554 ลงวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2544 โดยที่บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบในการชำระภาษีรายได้บุคคลประจำปี ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง การสูญเสีย บาดเจ็บ หรือความรับผิดชอบอื่นใด

- Participants interested in becoming one of the 10 Super Supporters must refrain from deleting their posts on Twitter (X). Should the Focus Staff observe any deletion of posts, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from the activity.

-You can make as many purchases as you want,  The more entries purchases, the higher your chances of winning prizes. The number of entitlements is calculated based on the purchased items.

- One serial number is applicable for both the Live Stream activity and the Grand Prizes activity.

- Each participant will be eligible to win only one prize throughout all campaign periods. The awarded prize is non-transferable to monetary value or other items. If a participant receives any reward, they will be disqualified from winning in subsequent rounds.

- The company will conduct a lucky draw for the prizes, assigning them in sequential order from number 1 to number 7.

- The winner must confirm their prize using the name under which they registered. The prize cannot be transferred to another individual.

- The ordered and paid for during the event period are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

- The company reserves the right to organize seating arrangements.

- Only winners who have received confirmation from Focus will be eligible to attend the event "The Ultimate Protector Mission Live Stream."

- Participants must acknowledge and agree to adhere to the rules and terms and conditions for participating in this activity without any disputes.

- Participants must be at least 13 years of age and adhere to the terms and conditions of use on the relevant platform.

- Foreign participants are welcome to join this activity. However, it is essential to verify your identity using a passport that matches the name of the activity participant.

- The company reserves the right to award prizes exclusively to participants who Follow the rules and complete all steps correctly.

- The company reserves the right to modify the rules, conditions, and prizes without prior notice.

- The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or liability arising from participating in the activity or involving any person associated with the activity. This includes but is not limited to, any crashes or interruptions of the computer or mobile phone system.

- If any instances of corruption or failure to comply with the requirements are detected, the company reserves the right to automatically disqualify the participant from participating in the activity without prior notice and will pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law.

- By agreeing to participate in this activity, participants implicitly agree to all terms and conditions associated with it. Participants acknowledge that the company will collect, use, disclose, transfer, or process all personal data provided to the company. This includes but is not limited to, name, surname, telephone number, address, email, and user account information used for participating in activities. To organize this activity, the company reserves the right to announce the winners and use their information for advertising and public relations related to this activity. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials and announcements, without the necessity of seeking permission or providing compensation.

- The judgment and use of discretion by the committee are deemed absolute and final in every case. Participants are unable to sue or claim any damages against the company in this regard.

- Employees, agents, and representative shops of D-Plus Together Company Limited are ineligible to participate in this activity.

- Lucky winners who receive prizes worth 1,000 baht or more are required to pay a 5% withholding tax, as per Revenue Department Order ท.ป. 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985, in conjunction with Revenue Department Order ท.ป. 104/2554 dated September 15, 2001. It is important to note that the company is not responsible for paying the annual personal income tax, travel expenses, losses, injuries, or any other liabilities incurred by the winners.
